本アプリはいかなる個人情報も収集・送信しません。

• 氏名・連絡先・住所等の個人情報を収集しません。
• 位置情報・連絡先・写真・カレンダー等の端末情報にアクセスしません。
• 利用解析（広告・トラッキング）SDKを組み込んでいません。
• クラッシュレポートを収集しません。
• 患者情報・診療情報を一切取り扱いません。

本アプリは以下の学習データを端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存します。これらはサーバーに送信されません。

• 学習進捗（連続日数・経験値・習得済みフレーズ数）
• SRS（間隔反復学習）の状態
• ユーザー設定（音声スピード、1日のフレーズ数、通知時刻）
• 「外来で使った」記録（フレーズIDと時刻のみ。患者情報は含みません）

これらのデータは、設定画面の「すべてリセット」または本アプリの削除によって完全に消去できます。

ユーザーが設定画面で許可した場合、毎朝指定時刻に学習リマインダーを通知します。 通知はすべて端末内で生成・配信され、外部サーバーには接続しません。 許可は iPhone の「設定 → 通知 → PediaPhrase」でいつでも変更できます。

英語フレーズの音声再生には、iOS 標準の音声合成エンジン（AVSpeechSynthesizer）を使用します。 テキストは端末内で処理され、Apple のサーバーに送信される場合があります（Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。

本アプリはユーザーのデータを第三者に提供することはありません。

本アプリは医療従事者向けの学習ツールであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。 13歳未満の子どもからの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

本アプリは医療従事者の語学学習を目的とした教育ツールです。診療上の判断・方針の根拠としては使用せず、必ず最新の臨床ガイドラインと専門医の判断を優先してください。本アプリに患者の個人情報・診療情報を入力しないでください。

The App does not collect or transmit any personal information. We do not collect names, contact info, location, contacts, photos, calendar, or device identifiers. We do not include analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect crash reports. We do not handle patient or clinical information.

The App stores learning progress, SRS state, user preferences, and a "used in clinic" log (phrase IDs and timestamps; no patient data) only in local storage. None of it is transmitted to any server. You may delete all data via Settings → Reset All, or by uninstalling the App.

If permitted in Settings, the App sends a daily local notification at the time you choose. Notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device.

The App uses Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer for English audio. Text may be processed on-device or via Apple servers under Apple's privacy policy.

We do not share user data with any third party.

The App is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

PediaPhrase is an educational tool for healthcare professionals studying English. It is not clinical decision support. Always defer to current guidelines and specialist judgment, and never enter patient-identifying or clinical information into the App.
